Yes, we offer system maintenance on our servers, administered by Beyond.pl in Poznań. No investment in server infrastructure on the customer’s side is then required.

– It all depends on the degree of development of the test methods, the forms, the size and number of laboratories and the degree of customer involvement in the implementation. The laboratory also needs to make changes internally to its management and testing processes, e.g. in the context of the laboratory management system. A standard implementation without dedicated software changes, depending on the scale and complexity of the research scope and the client’s involvement, takes between 6 weeks and 6 months.

– first, we sign the licence agreement and the SLA (+ server agreement and RODO agreement if we implement the system on our server)

The mobile app works as an app installed on Android, the central app for managing the laboratory is installed on Windows PCs/laptops, a client area is available on the WWW, where laboratory staff can also log in.

– Yes, the system has undergone audits at a number of laboratories accredited to the new PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 standard, and we have a specialist in the team who has experience as a quality manager and laboratory manager at accredited testing laboratories.
